Returns & Refunds Policy – Initiative Roll

All Sales Are Final

At Initiative Roll, every piece is made to order. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if you received the wrong item or your gear arrived damaged or defective.

Our returns and refunds policy is valid for 15 days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have passed since your order was marked as delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Any product that shows signs of wear, washing, or alteration may be denied.

Initiative Roll reserves the right to deny any return or refund at our sole discretion.


Change of Mind

Orders can be modified or canceled only before 12am PST on the day you place the order. After that point, your item enters production and cannot be changed.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind—including wrong size choices. Please double check our sizing charts before placing your order.


Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, printed incorrectly, or not what you ordered, we’ve got you.

Reach out to us at brayds@initiativeroll.store with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Any relevant info that will help us investigate

Once reviewed, we’ll let you know the next steps. Approved returns must be sent back for inspection and may qualify for:

  • A full refund

  • Store credit

  • A replacement item (if stock allows)

Eligibility is at the sole discretion of Initiative Roll.


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund was approved but hasn’t hit your account yet:

  • First, check your bank or payment provider again

  • Then contact us at support@initiative-roll.com with your refund reference and order number


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Every item is printed specifically for your order, so we encourage double-checking sizing and product details before you buy.
