Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Each piece is printed to order—we don’t mass produce or pre-stock.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • 10–20 business days for most international orders

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs delays, or seasonal volume

USA Orders – T-Shirts Only

If your order contains only t-shirts and you’re located in the United States, it may ship from a domestic fulfillment center—stock permitting.
This can significantly reduce shipping time for eligible orders.
If domestic stock is unavailable, your order will ship internationally under our standard timeline.

Tracking

Tracking numbers will be sent via email once your order ships.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays & Lost Packages

We are not liable for shipping delays once an order has left our facility.
That said, if your package is seriously delayed or appears lost, contact us at brayds@initiativeroll.store with your order number—we’ll do our best to help track it down.
